R...E...D -- Remember Everyone Deployed

The Dow High Football Team is holding their annual Military Appreciation Night game this Friday, September 13th at home against Bay City Central.  Please join us in supporting our veteran and active duty military personnel. You can show your support by making donations or buying R.E.D t-shirts at tables in hallway in front of the main office during both lunches.  You can also show your support and your Charger SPIRIT by wearing red, white, and blue on Friday at school and at the game that night.

Looking for a fun way to show your spirit on Friday's Red, White and Blue day? The Charge Robotics is selling red, white, and blue Pura Vida bracelets at Dow High this week. Bracelets are $5 each and you can get them at lunch today and Friday and Friday after school until 4 p.m.. Help support Dow High Robotics and get a cool USA bracelet in return!

The first National Honor Society meeting of the year will be today Thursday, September 12th for about twenty minutes, which both probationary and inducted members are expected to attend one. The times are before school at 7:10, after sixth hour at 2:30, and after the seventh hour at 3:30.

There are no available parking spots to purchase.

The band lot will open for purchase after marching band season is over mid to late October.

Student Council

Do you feel like you don’t have a voice in school? Sick of the same people and adults making all the decisions? Interested in helping with homecoming? Come to room 323 on September 19th at 7 am with your ideas and suggestions and take part in the first meeting for 2019-2020 of the Dow High Student Council--The Voice of Dow High. EVERYONE is welcome to attend and join! Remember, just like with democracy, if you don't participate, you don't get to complain.

The Dow High Math Club will begin meeting this week. Our first meeting will be on Friday, Sept 13th after 7th hour (at 3:30) in the CEC computer lab (room 140). We will have snacks and make plans for what we want to do this school year.  Please see Mrs. White if you have any questions.
